321022 Модуль контролю температури водяної підлоги Tervix Pro Line Control Box R2 використовується для індивідуального контролю температури в приміщенні та для обмеження максимальної температури теплоносія за допомогою термостатичного клапану. Може застосовуватися для комбінованих систем водяна тепла підлога / радіатори опалення. Також може використовуватися в системах настінного опалення.
Принцип роботи:
Термостатична головка 1 (3) - містить рідинний термоелемент, термостатична головка 2 (8) - містить восковий термоелемент.
Термостатична головка 1 (3) використовується для регулювання температури повітря в приміщенні - діапазон регулювання 6-28 °C. Термостатична головка 2 (8) використовується для обмеження максимальної температури теплоносія в системі на зворотній подачі - діапазон регулювання 10-50 °C.
Коли температура в кімнаті перевищує температуру, задану на термостатичній головці 1 (3), то вона перекриває подачу/ циркуляцію теплоносія і відкриває, якщо температура в кімнаті менша, ніж задана.
В свою чергу, термостатична головка 2 (8) буде пропускати теплоносій на зворотньому потоці таким чином, щоб в системі температура теплоносія не перевищувала задану. Якщо температура теплоносія вища заданої, то термостатична головка 2 (8) перекриє його циркуляцію.
Для розповітрення системи опалення використовується кран «Маєвського» (2).
Рекомендується встановлювати модуль контролю температури водяної підлоги Tervix Pro Line Control Box R2 в такому місці, щоб термостатична головка 1 (3) «адекватно» вимірювала температуру повітря в приміщенні. Тобто подалі від пристроїв , що генерують тепло, в місцях з вільною циркуляцією повітря та легким доступом до термостатичних головок.
